Drew comes from the automotive industry carrying a decade of experience first as a designer and then an engineer, both positions play a vital role in how problems & resolution are handled. Drew quickly found success, built a lot of strong relationships, and understood his presence in the contracting field as a five-star verified business owner. Most importantly, Drew only hires quality team members that share his interest in this business, the clients, and delivered product.
Licensed Builder & Crew Leader
Jim is Drew’s father-in-law, close advocate, and highly experienced builder/crew leader. Jim has 3+ decades in manufacturing/plastics, has had his builders license for 2+ decades, and shares aligned interests with the company motto of building relationships and providing quality work.
Crew Leader
Leonard is Drew’s Step-Father. He has been a designer for General Motors for over 30 years while working in trades his entire life on the side. Leonard will bring guaranteed experience, leadership, and design layout plans to your job site.
Crew Member
David is the oldest brother of the three Monty brothers. He has 2 decades of manufacturing & hands-on experience. David also has his own professional photography company. He enjoys spending time with his family and working further on his photography trade.

Derek is the middle brother of the three Monty brothers. He has 2 decades of automotive industry experience as a designer and engineer. Derek also ran a security business for close to a decade where he ran alarm systems, cameras, etc. Derek has an eye for design and provides unique solutions.

Jason is a military veteran and full-time carpenter apprentice directly under Drew. You can expect a fun filled and hearty environment when Jason is on site.
